I moved to Kalgoorlie from the UK May 1st and by June 28th I had moved into my new home. The whole process from start to finish around (5 weeks) was very stress free and this was wholly due to Matilda. She helped me from start to finish as I was new to the Australian ways. She even now keeps in touch and the little homely gifts she left helped me to settle in. It was the little things and sorting the various problems that helped the whole experience to be stress free.

I am amazed at how effortless you made the whole process. I work in the underground mining industry which involves long and unpredictable hours out of contact. I felt that at all times my “purchase” was being dealt with professionally and with utmost urgency. Any queries I had you knew the answer. From the late night after hours viewings, and obviously in your own time, giving me the ability to view the property to suit my work commitments, liaising with my financial institution, organising conveyancing agent, to building and pest inspections.
Even after finding some minor maintenance issues, you had them immediately resolved.
